In this post, I am going to show you how to install Bubble on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Bubble using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Bubble" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

How to install Bubble on Windows PC using NoxPlayer

  1. Download & Install NoxPlayer at: https://www.bignox.com. The installation is easy to carry out.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file to the NoxPlayer interface and drop it to install

WHAT IS IT?:
Bubble is an anonymous social app which allows you to chat with anyone else using the app in a circle (Bubble) you create by tapping on a map. Messages are auto-deleted after 24 hours. There is also a notifications tab, which lets you know when messages have been sent to your vicinity, so you can instantly chat with those Bubbles. The idea came from the belief that you can use technology to reduce the friction of strangers interacting with each other in a place such as a cafe or bar etc. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. WHO'S THIS FOR?:
Bubble is best suited for communities/people who associate with each other in proximity such as a school. Try to get other people at your school to try the app so you can get to know people you don't know at your school!

HOW TO USE:
Using Bubble is simple. Upon first installing the app you will be taken to a map. The map will automatically center on your location**. Click the compass at the top right to center on you at any time. Then, tap where you are or anywhere on the map and you will create a proximity based chatroom that corresponds to that circle (Bubble) on the map. You will then receive all messages sent to that Bubble and any messages you send will also be sent to that Bubble*. Any message you send is anonymous and saved to that location for 24 hours and then auto-deleted.

*If you exit the app at any time, you will automatically receive the messages sent to the Bubble you created as a notification.

**Your location is never stored or collected for any reason. It is only used to display where you are client-side, and notify you when a message is sent near you.
