The purpose of this application for smartphones and tablets is to be a help to the listing of scores ultrasound monitoring of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). It is intended for physicians, especially those trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound to their daily practice but also for research protocols with ultrasound monitoring.
The application includes the three best scores ultrasound validated for RA in the literature in terms of psychometric properties:
- DAS28 score of 28 ultrasound-joints
- Score Naredo 12 joints
- And score Backhaus 7 joints

An initial menu to select from one of three scores and a graphic reminder of the score is presented (location of the joints) before beginning the semi-quantitative scoring of joint. To facilitate the use of this application, pop-ups were inserted over the filling steps, offering:
- A repeat ultrasound quotations according OMERACT (Outcome Measures in Rheumatology) in the form of a Grading B mode and Doppler Grading Power;
- A repeat of the probe reference positions for each joint and the ultrasound image reference (ICON)
- An atlas of pathological sonographic image by joint, listed by experts constantly available as an aid to listing.
Once the score entered, a summary table appears which can be exported as an attachment by email (Excel and / or PDF and / or Word) with the references of the review.
