​Three Additional District and sessions Courts are functioning at Manjeri. The Additional District and Sessions Courts I and II started functioning with effect from 7.9.2002 as Fast Track Courts (Adhoc). Additional District and sessions Court III, started functioning with effect from 7.1.2005 as Fast Track Court (Adhoc)-III. Subsequently the name was changed as Additional District & Sessions Court-I as per official memorandum No. D3(A)-84379/2007/D7/A of the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala dated 3.8.2013. As per the Government Notification G.O.(Rt) No.2427/2013/Home dated 2.9.2013, the Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal. Addl District and Sessions Court I has been designated as “Special Court for trial of cases relating to Atrocity and Sexual Violence against women and Children”.
​A special court for the trial of offences under SC/ST (POA) Act cases started functioning at the Commercial Complex buildings of K.S.E.B, Manjeri with effect from 23.02.2013. A motor Accident claimsTribunal is also functioning at Manjeri.
