In this post, I am going to show you how to install DigiVAARTA on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install DigiVAARTA using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "DigiVAARTA" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

It will help and promote learning and behavioural change and empower users to draw content available under the financial and Social inclusion programme as per their choice. DIGI VAARTA will enable adaptive and interactive communication with a high degree of personalization. Digi VAARTA communications with general public are available in two channels and two languages (Hindi and English) 1. Digi VAARTA Mobile App 2.SMS (Those who does not have smart phone can send toll free SMS to toll free number 14444). Digi VAARTA is available as Two way conversational, Two channels and in Two Languages.
Digi VAARTA Vehicle started off it’s journey by educating citizens on various schemes / programmes like the use of digital tools for banking and payment services including but not limited to mobile applications like BHIM, UPI, IMPS services etc. It could also be used for introducing and reinforcing learning on non-mobile based tools such as Aadhaar Enabled Payment Service (AEPS), Point of Sale lead card based payment services etc. This tool can be used for any campaign aimed to influence a behavioural change to adopt a new way of transacting digitally or electronically.
The success of many Govt. programmes and public governance mechanisms are dependent on bringing about the necessary behavioural change in the citizens and trigger action at the individual level leading to a larger transformation in the entire society and in the country. Bringing about the intended behavioural change requires continuous engagements with the general public by way of two-way interaction and a messaging style that is more engaging and educational in nature than simply broadcasting a notification or an announcement.” Digi VAARTA team strongly believe that the Digi VAARTA approach would be a change catalyst to any Govt.
