• Dashboard
Dashboard displays a complete financial overview about your Company.

• Virtual cash register
You don’t need a separated cash register anymore because we offer a complete digital one. Every transaction is registered and immediately processed to your books. Even an automatic tax-calculation tool is implemented.

• Cash book
We still offer a separated cash book. Here you put in your daily incomes and of course, iZi does the rest for you.

• Make invoices
Make fast and easy quotations, invoices or credit notes just by filling in the VAT-number. IZi checks it and put does all the work for you.

• Import expenses
Just by making a picture, or upload a scan, iZi reads the file and fill all the details by itself. You only need to confirm the process and iZi will book it like a real accountant.

• Cash flow
An easy overview for your current and up-to-date situation.

• VAT calculation
While making invoices and uploading your expenses, iZi will do the calculation and make your VAT declaration at the same moment.

Here you are able to add new licenses for your sales team, follow them up, calculate their commissions, show their performances and many more.

• Save your documents
All your documents in your pocket. Everywhere. Your data is safe and stored in an encrypted cloud environment.

• Agenda
Our online agenda. Make fast appointments and send them to your clients. With admin rights, you will be able to manage all your company’s agendas combined.

• Task Manager
We implemented Trello first but because the API is not available anymore, we created one our self. It is an online collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. It tells you what’s being worked on, who are working on what, and where something is in a process.

• Webshop
This feature is really cool! Our iZiFinance business users can create their own webshop. The webshop is running on our iZiFinance platform, which make it even easier. The system processes everything automatically but we took it even a step further. Our business user’s webshop will be listed in our iZiFinance Marked Place. With this, we were able to create an online group of stores where services and products will be displayed to every other business and private client. Our goal is to bring next generation entrepreneurs or business owners together within our iZiFinance platform, looking for the best solutions and products.
