All 11-digit mobile subscribers in Vietnam will have to change their numbers to become 10-digit subscribers. This is a new policy introduced by the Ministry of Information and Communications. The conversion aims to unify the format of mobile numbers in Vietnam at the same 10 digit level.
This is the policy of the Ministry of Information and Communications to re-planning the number of telecommunications. Therefore, it is mandatory for all 11-digit subscribers.

According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, from 00:00 hours on 15/9/2018, all eleven telephone numbers will be converted into 10 numbers. The conversion process is as follows:
** Start time for changing 11 numbers to 10 numbers: From 00:00 hours on 15/9/2018
** Time allowed to call 2 numbers in parallel (all 11 numbers and 10 numbers are): 00:00 00 minutes on 15/9/2018 and end at 23:59 hours on 14/11/2018.
** The time to maintain the tone of the transfer of the head count: 00 hours 00 minutes on 15/11/2018 and the end of the notice at 23:59 hours on 30/6/2019.

For convenience, this program was created to help users convert 11-digit phone numbers into contacts to 10-digit phone numbers automatically and quickly with the click of a button. The program is free and ad-free.
