RecardQ8 on Windows Pc

RecardQ8 is the new App of Q8 - Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. - designed for companies and customers without a VAT number: the safe and fast tool for purchasing fuel at all Q8 stores.

When registering on the App you can indicate the VAT number, if you want to use it for your company, or your tax code if you want to use it as a private individual.

If you are a company

keep fuel costs under control, manage your cards and top up your customer account directly from the app.

What you can do with RecardQ8

The application allows you to:
* View information relating to your account to always keep under control the spending limits for the purchase of fuel;
* View your cards and manage credit for each card;
* View transactions in real time;
* Top up your customer account via MyBank, Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer or in cash from your manager;

We remind you that it is not possible to order new cards from the app.

If you are a customer without a VAT number

Pay for your supplies at all Q8-enabled stores simply with disposable code generation.

What you can do with RecardQ8

The application allows you to:
* View information relating to your account to always keep under control the expense for the purchase of fuel;
* Generate payment codes for the desired amount, also specifying the period of validity;
* Cancel codes created for refueling;
* Send codes to friends and relatives via Whatsapp, email and sms;
* View transactions and the history of generated, used or canceled codes.

How to use refueling payment codes

The codes generated by the App can be used in any Q8 service station and Q8easy points of sale, both in served and self-service, both during opening hours and at night, as long as SELF mode is active.

To dispense the fuel using the codes generated by the app, you must enter the code on the pos or on the external acceptor after selecting the "use code" item.

Each code can be used only once.

In the event that there is any remaining credit, it will be immediately available on your customer account so that it can be used with a new code.

Top up your "account"

Once the initial registration is complete, you will have a rechargeable "account" available through MyBank, Credit Card, PayPal or in cash from your manager.

Spending limits

To have greater security and control of the transactions, daily and weekly RecardQ8 spending limits have been inserted, as well as a maximum amount available on the customer account:
Maximum credit of the "account" € 2,500.00

Each user will have spending limits established as follows:
* Daily spending limit € 500.00;
* Weekly spending limit € 2,500.00;

Using the RecardQ8 App is simple, safe and allows you to save time with each refueling.

NB: For customers without VAT number we remind you that due to the type of transaction, the recharge of the account does not allow to generate accounting documents: it is therefore not possible to obtain a valid invoice for tax purposes.

It is not possible to use the RecardQ8 app for cards purchased through the Sixth Continent platform
