In this post, I am going to show you how to install ÖAMTC-live on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install ÖAMTC-live using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "ÖAMTC-live" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Die „ÖAMTC-live“ - App ist sowohl für Werkstätten als auch für Privatkunden von ÖAMTC-Versicherungspartner (HDI-Versicherung) nutzbar.
Die Schadenbesichtigung erfolgt dabei über das Smartphone des Kunden unter Anleitung eines ÖAMTC-Sachverständigen. Sie melden Ihren Schaden online über die ÖAMTC Schadenbegutachtung-Plattform. Hier werden Schadensfälle vorselektiert und Sie erhalten die Information, ob Sie Ihre Begutachtung via App erledigen können. Wenn ja, laden Sie die App down und geben Ihre Mobilnummer ein. Im Anschluss wählen Sie im Onlinekalender selbst einen freien Termin.
Zum vereinbarten Besichtigungstermin wird man dann von einem ÖAMTC-Sachverständigen kontaktiert, der während des Livestreams die "Regie" übernimmt. Der Sachverständige lotst Sie durch die Besichtigung und sagt Ihnen, welche Bilder und Blickwinkel im Detail benötigt werden, um den Schaden korrekt beurteilen zu können und löst dabei die Kamerafunktion aus.
Der Besichtigungsbericht des ÖAMTC Sachverständigenservice wird in weiterer Folge in gewohnter Weise an Versicherungspartner zur Weiterverarbeitung übermittelt.
