Cargo is a platform that allows you to send cargo in a cheaper and more practical way. This gives you a campaign code.

How does it work?

1. System Registration: When you do not enter the correct information in the system, the recording cannot be completed. The information you enter during registration will be the SENDER information for all the cargoes you will post next (we have to perform the TC authentication according to the law numbered 27255 dated 11.06.2009).

2. Add and Select Recipient: After you log in to the program, the address you provided during the registration will automatically appear on the page with the map background. To add a BUYER, you can add as many people or organizations as you like by pressing the plus sign to the right of the box named "Choose recipient". The recipient's telephone number must be GSM for the platform to function. To select one of the recipients you have added, simply press the magnifying glass sign and tap on the corresponding recipient. If you think there is an error in the recipient information, you can delete the recipient.

3. Delivery Type: If you will deliver your cargo to the branch manually, select delivery type to delivery to the branch. If you want your cargo to be picked up from your address, select the delivery type from the address. However, this may hang on the next business day depending on the working hours of the shipping branch in your area.

4. Type of payment: If you want to pay the cargo as the sender, please choose the payment method with the sender. If you want the buyer to do the shipping fee, you should choose the payment method with the buyer. When you select Recipient, the system checks if the recipient's phone number uses the same application. If you do not use, you will send a SMS to the recipient's phone number gönder .... you want to send a cargo with the buyer paid via the cargoCepte app. If the recipient is already using this application, he will send him a notification through the application. The buyer sees the information of the cargo sent to him by clicking on this notification. If he accepts and accepts the payment, he will send the sender with the corresponding campaign code.

5. Payment Option: If your shipment frequency is very low, you can withdraw the shipping cost from the credit card during shipping. If you are often sending cargo, you can add as many amounts as you want to your balance with "Load Balance" from the menu. You can create a campaign code very quickly by checking the balance during the shipment. The payment infrastructure is received through the payTR, which is subject to the BRSA. You can request the amount remaining in your balance to be transferred to your account by notifying us at support@kargocepte.com within the working hours.

6. Product Content: Briefly state what is your non-forbidden shipment (eg book, dress, jewelry, etc.).

7. Calculate Desi: Enter your cargo weight. Then when you enter the width, height and height in cm, the system divides the product of the three by 3000 and calculates the volume. If the weight is greater than the volume, take the volume as the amount of desi, if not the volume as the desi amount.

8. Outbound Cargo: After receiving the campaign code, the al CANCEL Kampanya button will appear on the outbound cargo page where the code and shipping information is available. If you did not deliver your cargo to the branch, you can press this button to cancel the campaign. When you cancel, the price collected from you is automatically charged to your balance. If the buyer has paid, it is loaded on the buyer's balance. If you have delivered your cargo to the branch or courier, the "CANCEL" button disappears.
