The conversion of telephone numbers, mobile subscribers 11 numbers to 10 numbers only change the 4 digits of the first 3 digits. All last 7 digits of mobile subscribers will be retained.

The number 0128 converts the beginning number to 078

Number 0123 converts the beginning number to 083
