Prospective Civil Servants (abbreviated as CPNS) are employees who have just passed the acceptance test for the first stage of the Civil Servant Candidate selection. Prospective Civil Servants have not followed the obligation to fulfill the requirements as a Civil Servant with a salary of 100%. They are paid a percentage of 80% based on the CPNS decree that has been determined based on the laws in force in Indonesia.
When status as a Candidate for Civil Servants, their competence and performance are judged on the basis of formation when they are declared as a candidate for Civil Servants.
