In this post, I am going to show you how to install Eleitor Sabido on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Eleitor Sabido using BlueStacks

Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. Eleitoral Sabido is an extension project developed by the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA) that addresses the development of technology using open data, with a focus on Brazilian policy.

Using the open data obtained directly from the Federal Chamber of Commerce and also from widely publicized press vehicles in the country (such as G1, UOL and Folha), the Elector Sabido application has the following proposal: to allow voters, still undecided about their option to vote in Federal Deputy, can then select deputies to vote according to their line of thought.

Considering that in this election, about 85% of the current Federal Deputies are seeking reelection, whether in the same position or in other elective positions, Elector Sabido presents the proposals voted and the respective votes received from each member of parliament during the 2015 legislature -2018.

In view of this information, the user of the Elector Sabido has an "Intelligent Filter", where he initially stands before issues such as "Pension Reform" or "PEC of Freezing Expenses", indicating whether it is "In Favor" or "Against" each of them. From the user's answers, the smart filter automatically searches for the deputies who have positioned themselves in the same way before the questions answered.

The application has been developed since March / 2018 by a fellow student and a volunteer, both from the Materials Engineering course (CCT / UFCA). The students started the project with basic computer programming knowledge acquired in the discipline of "Computational Programming for Engineering" and, throughout the project, have learned mobile application development technologies, such as IONIC and Firebase, and have also experienced practical concepts related with Data Science. The Knowing Voter is the result of the learning of these students.
