In this post, I am going to show you how to install HIIT Interval Timer on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. High intensity interval training is a series of short yet heightened bursts of energy in exercise, followed by short periods of slower exercise as rest, set up in a fixed pattern of time and ratio. The most popular exercise of choice for this training is a sprint followed by a jog, though there are other means of using HIIT, exercise bikes for example. The intense periods of this exercise are unsustainable, causing a need for the slower training throughout. Though this is typically known as a training regime of high difficulty, it is also a highly flexible exercise of choice which can suit most individuals.


For best results you should aim to complete 16-18 minutes for a work out - but if done right you will continue to burn fat through the next day!
