In this post, I am going to show you how to install Speak Out (Vocal Assistant) on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Step By Step Guide To Install Speak Out (Vocal Assistant) using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. This is a very simple app. It is designed for those people who need to be able to communicate to others due to a recent injury or surgery. It is a quick, inexpensive (FREE) solution for a temporary situation. I'll grant you that the same thing could be done with cards or a diagram, but this is more portable and readily available ALL THE TIME.
Since there is no internet connection needed, it will work everywhere.
This is a better solution than "Blink your eyes twice for yes and once for no."
The user simply has to tap on a word or phrase and the Android device will play the voice. The first screen is simple responses with large buttons that are easy targets.
The second is for personal issues and the last is for activities.
This app is being distributed for FREE and should not be sold for profit. It does not ask for any permissions, it does not connect to the internet, it has no ads and there is no registration required. I just hope it helps someone.
