A mobile application to combat childhood obesity thanks to the fun training of good healthy habits suitable for the whole family.

Esporti Family is a mobile application that promotes actions to prevent and combat childhood obesity, the XXI Century pandemic. In a game environment, and with the family as the nucleus to achieve a lifestyle modification in a joint and lasting way, children learn concepts of nutrition and physical activity that will help against childhood obesity, and the professionals of Health have an eHealth tool to motivate families.

It has a part of training through an interactive pyramid of questions / answers with an important nutrition section by Esporti Chef, in which to discover how to eat healthier and an innovative solution based on Artificial Intelligence which is a chat bot , (EsportiBot).

The question set generates points that place the child in a family ranking and those points can be exchanged for healthy rewards.

The Motivational Challenges section will help parents to propose to children to adopt healthier lifestyles through gamification, and thus achieve healthy rewards, which they will agree on together.

Esporti Family consists of a section to manually record the weight and hours of sleep and another automatic record of physical activity performed thanks to the internet of things with the integration of a smartband, a wristband that records all the activity of the child without requiring synchronization some by the user.

Finally, it also highlights a panel called "Community" where you can find videos, news and healthy resources in the family environment, such as outdoor activities organized by town halls, associations, clubs, etc.
