So to lose weight, incoming calories must be smaller than calories out. The greater the difference in incoming calories and calories out, the greater the change in body weight that I experience.

Diet vs. Sports - Which Is Better?
600 Sit-ups are equivalent to 120 calories.
1 tablespoon of cooking oil is equivalent to 120 calories.

Which is easier to do? Do 600 situps or reduce 1 tablespoon of cooking oil? Therefore a healthy diet is Eric's main key to losing weight.

Fact: You need 37,500 sit-ups to burn 1 KG of fat. Wow, if it's so useless, do tens of thousands of sit-ups every day?

What Is a Healthy Diet?
Food is divided into 3 parts - protein, carbohydrates and fat.

1 gram of protein: 4 calories
1 gram of carbohydrates: 4 calories
1 gram of fat or oil: 8 CALORIES!
Fat is 2x more fattening than protein and carbohydrates. If I reduce 100 grams of protein or carbohydrates, then I only reduce 400 calories. Many people try low carbohydrate diets without eating rice, but reducing 100 grams of carbohydrates only reduces 400 calories, while reducing 100 grams of fat is equal to burning 800 calories!

Cooking oil is 100% fat - STOP Using Excessive Cooking Oil!
Remember! 1 tablespoon of cooking oil is equivalent to 600 sit-ups! How much fried oil spoon we use when cooking eggs, fried rice or fried bakwan?

No wonder many people fail to lose weight even though they have exercise and reduce food intake, but still use cooking oil.

How to cook without cooking oil?
