Captain Paye allows you to realize simply and quickly the conversion of a gross salary in net and / or net in gross with a very great precision (wages of the private sector), while obtaining the detail of the contributions related to this salary, according to French legislation in force.

You can convert a daily, monthly or annual wage.

Version 1.1.9 takes into account the following elements for conversion:
- Category: non-executive, executive, manager,
- Working time: part-time, full-time, day package,
- The proration of the social security ceiling,
- The reduction and ceiling of the CSG / CRDS secured base
- Salary and employer shares (to be seized) of provident, mutual, supplementary retirement,
- The fiscal and social reintegration of employee and employer shares of pension, mutual, supplementary pension,
- 2019: the withholding tax (custom rate to be entered or neutral rate automatically calculated), AGRIC-ARRCO merger, unemployment contributions.

This application requires to operate an Internet connection since all the data contained in the application and used for the conversion calculations are stored on the web.

The contribution rates are then guaranteed up to date at the moment of the conversion, according to the French legislation in force. Be careful though, some rates may differ depending on the collective agreement you depend on (eg: supplementary retirement rate, etc.).
