In this post, I am going to show you how to install Alegra Centro on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Alegra Centro using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

Almost 4 thousand companies were opened in the first 10 years of the Program of Revitalization and Development of the Historical Central Region of Santos, the known Alegra Center. Created in 2003 to promote the restoration of Santista architectural patrimony and provide the improvement of the urban landscape, the initiative was achieved through various tax incentives to companies that settled in this region of the city.

By 2012, 299 tax exemptions were granted. Investments with the program totaled R $ 173.29 million. In all, 490 restoration works were carried out and the technical office of the Alegra Centro did 2,916 calls.

Actions such as the restoration of the Coliseu and Guarany theaters, Casa do Trem Bélico and Valongo Railway Station were also part of the program, as well as the implementation of a Poupatempo, the transfer of the City Hall to the Castelinho (former firemen's building) and, more recently, the decision to install the Pelé Museum in the old Cason do Valongo.

These projects, coupled with the favorable moment of economic development, have attracted small, medium and large private investors for the installation of numerous commercial establishments between restaurants, department stores, markets, pharmacies ... Other commercial enterprises that should enhance the actions of the program will be inaugurated soon - as an example, the future headquarters of Petrobrás.
