In this post, I am going to show you how to install Berner App on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Berner App using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "Berner App" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

[Note 2] about Bluetooth: At the moment, support for Bluetooth is not available on BlueStacks. Hence, apps that require control of Bluetooth may not work on BlueStacks.

Control your Berner Architectural Air Curtain from your phone with the Berner App.
The Berner App works via a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth controller. This needs to be ordered along with the air curtain, as it is built into the unit at our factory in Pennsylvania.
To set up the Berner App to control your Berner air curtain, you will need:
• A secure wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi)
• A smart phone
• To be within 10 feet of the air curtain and have a line of sight
After the Berner Architectural Air Curtain has been installed, download this app and follow the prompts. Adding a device to the app only takes a couple of minutes. The first step is connecting your smartphone to the air curtain. A few steps later, you will connect the air curtain to your location’s secure Wi-Fi network.
The Berner App allows you to choose the mode for your air curtain, select the time and days you would like it to operate and at what speed, or do your own custom programming. It also makes it easy to verify that the air curtain is functioning and what mode it is set to – from anywhere you can use your phone.
Three Preset Modes to Choose from:
- Comfort Plus (heated models only) – Protection of an air curtain combined with the benefits of a space heater. This mode operates the air curtain when the door is open and provides supplemental heat whether the door is open or closed, until both the thermostat and the time delay are satisfied.
Special feature: When the door closes, the air curtain switches to low speed (if not already set to it) with heat until the thermostat is satisfied.
Recommended for spaces that often need additional heat.
- Auto (heated or unheated models) - Air curtain turns on when door is opened, when the door closes, the unit remains on until set delay time expires.
Recommended for high traffic openings or for openings where the door stays open for an extended period.
- On (heated or unheated models) - Air curtain turns on during the hours that you set it to run.
Recommended for openings where the door stays open for an extended period or has continuous foot traffic.
The Berner App also makes it simple to do one’s own custom programming, should you or the application require it.
