The new city project Basmajh the first and largest development project in the history of Iraq is considered. Where Basmajh city located to the south-east of the city of Baghdad and lies about 10 km from the borders of the city of Baghdad on the international road link between Baghdad Cote. On an area of 1.830 hectares and it is hoped to accommodate about 600,000 people and the total number of housing units is 100,000 units. It was created as a network of infrastructure of electricity, water and main streets, as well as public utilities that are developed by the Government of Iraq, including the educational, religious, recreational and commercial facilities, as well as water treatment and sewage treatment plants. The new city will fill the lives of 600,000 Iraqi Basmajh happy and will be one of the most distinctive cities in Iraq and the Middle East and the first project of the National Housing Program projects.
