This application has been created with two objectives. The first, as a simple proposal to reduce the cost involving a radio, television or the government, all the logistics required to conduct surveys and feedback, allowing surveying thousands or millions of people with a small budget . The second objective is the desire to really know what the intention of vote of Colombians. Also I do not think a survey which questioned 1,000 people can show with certainty the voting intentions of nearly 50 million Colombians. An application like this or like can survey thousands or millions of people easily, quickly and economically. Among other advantages allows people in remote areas, the elderly, people with physical disabilities, etc, can vote or be easily surveyed.

- The application lets you know the number of votes until 23:59:59 on June 15, 2018 (24 hours before / Time of Colombia)

- How do you prevent application fraud and impersonation, double voting, etc? A. As voting is private, this application does not capture any personal data. The application uses the IMEI only for identifying each voter, analogous to the use of the certificate.

- What prevents people from other nationalities vote? A. The application only receives votes of those who are in Colombia

- How is it possible that during the remaining time, this application users can change their voting intentions, the application allows the user to change their vote.

-The system is not 100% safe and it is possible that some votes come from outside Colombia or that some people employ more than one team to vote.
 
'Right now the application has no relation to any chain or television or radio government entity.

If you have got a good idea so that everyone can vote once, if you know if it is legal to collect the data of the ballots, although not all will provide one, and how to display data from the feedback through this application without having legal problems, I would appreciate the information.
