Car maintenance, storage, and repairs are some of the most difficult challenges of owning a collector car. The offer will be presented to all the fractional owners and if the ownership majority accepts your offer, the car is entered into a 48 hour auction offer where any other interested party can bid higher on the full car, resetting the 48 hour clock. At the end of the non-active 48 hour auction, the full car will sell to the highest bid.

Fractional ownership is limited to 20% of shares per any one individual, family, or organized group, voting majority is based on 55% majority of shares. thus regulating car decisions to at least 3 or more fractional owners and limiting fractional owners to at least 5 owners.
