Gloheal partners with hospital’s to provide patients with tools and resources to take care of themselves once they leave the Hospital.

The app is the “Care Plan” based “Remote Health Monitoring” platform which is used by Healthcare Providers for their Patients to track patient’s health parameters even when they are outside the hospital/ discharged.

Patients can now stay in touch with the caregivers outside of the hospital, and help manage their recovery journey and find the follow-up care they need.

• Integrated Medical Devices: The Gloheal App integrated with the Omron BP meter and BeatO Glucometer - share your blood pressure and glucose values with your doctors in an instant
• Ask a Question: Need medical advice between visits. Get a qualified medical opinion - use the Gloheal App to ask medical advice from care specialists
• Contacts: Key contact information to reach out to different support teams for health or technical help
• Feed: Educational blogs recommended by your HSP for better care of your heath
