With this app you can know what your BMI (Body Mass Index) is and how much fluid is necessary for your body and not fall into the general calculation of 2 liters per day or 8 glasses a day.
The application calculates the amount of liquid and according to the capacity of the glass you choose, it will give you the amount of glasses you should drink.
And you have the option to activate an alarm that you can configure based on the previous data, say how many hours a day you dedicate to drink that amount of glasses. According to the hours you choose, the alarm will sound during these periods of time. For example: if you need to drink 5.2 liters per day and choose a 250 ml glass and you have 8 hours, the alarm will sound every 92 minutes remembering that you need to drink water.
