System uses smartphones for tracking of loads and drivers, registration of deliveries and collections, registration of occurrences and printing of labels through communication via bluetooth with portable printer.

The dynamism promoted by the technologies is a reality in Neolog solutions. By means of mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones or tablets) integrated into the system, shippers and carriers have real-time visibility into the collection and delivery operation. Thus, the user counts on a valuable resource in the management of the activity, guaranteeing its level of services.

How it works

The Mobile platform receives service information (collection / delivery), labels for EPL format printing and geolocation data of a mobile device, which accompanies the load (with a vehicle driver). In this way, the system starts to monitor the services of collection and delivery of the trip, presenting strategic information to the management, which gathers the data of the entire operation. With these features, you can:

> Track the vehicles (drivers): the system follows the route made by the driver through geolocation signals.

> Show proof of delivery and refusal registration: those responsible for the delivery of the cargo capture photographs, which are recorded in the system to prove delivery. In the same way, the software registers the denial of delivery of the charges.

> Register collected collections and label printing: those responsible for the collection of the load register the collection and capture DANFE, and through integration with external system, the platform Mobile receives labels for EPL format printing and sends to portable printer through communication via Bluetooth.

> Take proactive actions in case of occurrences: when monitoring each trip and the services that must be carried out, following the movement of all its mesh in real time, the user can take early action or in an agile way in case of occurrences that affect transport (and hence the SLA).
