Based on field research with beekeepers, due to bee mortality and low swarm productivity relative to honey production, a survey was conducted with this public, where data were collected that indicated the need for the application of management of the bee. scalability. These information are decisive for achieving significant results in the production of honey and derivatives. In view of the challenges presented in these results, it was pointed out that it is necessary to build tools in the mobile format to assist in the management difficulties of the enterprise, among which are notes on paper in the field, using memory storage which is not reliable. These tools should provide the beekeeper: minimize their management errors; improve your activity planning; enable the recording of information on its installation, maintenance, production and finance processes. Another important point is the reduction of costs and increase the profitability of the enterprise. The management tools developed in this work will allow the reduction of possible causes of productive losses. This management tool is focused on beekeeping, the website with the domain www.apisapp.com.br with access using a login and password, with health control tabs, information, library and services, such as planning and finances . The information management application called APISAPP, used in mobile devices to collect in the field the daily activities of the apiary as: installation, maintenance, production and registry of anomalies.
