This screen allows us to access:
Buy notes. - In this module you will be able to acquire the Notes packages, thinking of all those who do not want to give our card data, it has been decided that the payments are made in any Oxxo store.
Notes. - In this module you will create the service note.
You register your client by name, if the client wishes to register their email and a cell phone number, they are not obliged to give any information.
It is important to remember that if the client gives us his email the note with his data will be automatically sent to his mail and at the moment that his service is ready he will also be informed by mail that he can go through his service.
You only select the type of service your client wants, these services are registered in the service module. What you do is indicate the amount of the service and automatically the system gives you the amount that the customer must pay.
The promise date is the date that you will deliver your customer service, this is automatic 2 days after the service is left, but we know that this can vary by different factors so you can manually select that date and The time.
The Notes have an indicator to inform you how many notes you have, as well as an alarm to notify you when you only have 10 notes so you can acquire another package with time.
Notes in Transit. - In this module you will find the notes that are in process through a very simple color code.
Yellow. - In transit it is in the process of being attended
Green. - Ready to be delivered
Red. - You have a delay according to the delivery promise date
Blue. - The note was already delivered and paid.
These codes are modified according to the case as the process progresses, updating the status of each order.
In the case of changing the status to Green = ready to deliver at that moment, an email is automatically sent to the client (if he / she provided this information) informing him / her that he / she can go through his / her order.
 The notes in transit also indicate how many orders we have assets, as well as the order of priority by date.

It has the same color code so you can see the status of each note.
You can also open the note and see its details as who received the service or who delivered and on what date.

In this module, the administrator can register, edit and delete the employees as deemed necessary without any limit.
