The late evening was beautiful with its border less flow of clarity: the vast, seemingly empty sky stretched out for infinity; it had a smattering of low level flat clouds that were spread-out to the horizon; the milky cotton ball clouds obstructed potions of the endless sky that showed off its infinite beauty; the sky’s hue darkened as the sun slowly setted in a magnificent flourish of ribbon-like fire; the brilliant sun rays gleam outlined the cotton-ball clouds in a blazing glow that signified the end of the day.
Glorious, heavenly light shone through the light, whispy clouds, signifying a new day. They parted, presenting a beautiful sky beneath. It was mesmerizing, how simple it looked, yet it seemed to hold every one of our thoughts, our dreams, our secrets. The space was a vast thing, stretching out for infinity over our heads. We are insignificant creatures, being embraced by the forever moving expanse over our heads. It was terrifying and yet affectionate, seeming like it could swallow you up whole, but also like it could hold you and whisper words of comfort. It was amazing, almost magical. If you stared at it for a long time, watching the clouds come and go, the sun setting in a magnificent flourish, you would think, maybe, it was talking with you. It was communicating in a way that it would seem like it was yelling when the striking lightning came and the thunder rattled the earth, it was smiling and speaking softly in the first rays of dawn, and it showed off its infinite beauty in the night, when the glittering stars came out of their curious hiding spots and winked at you. And ignorant people only say, ‘it’s only the sky.
The dark sky is filled with stars that flicker, bringing sparks of lightning breaking through it.
The sky smothered the scene with a thickly threaded blanket, melting over the corners of the horizon.
The sky blushed purple Black. It blazed with stars..

The vast, seemingly empty, space was filled with glittering, diamond-like stars. Alex had never noticed how lovely the night sky was. Not until his dying breath, that is. Each twinkling star seemed to be in it’s proper place, filling empty spaces. Shadowy, ribbon-like clouds were flowing around the full moon. “Even the moon is beautiful.” Alex whispered. Each crater on it’s bright face was visible. The moon, the stars, the streaming clouds, everything glowed with it’s own ominous light. Everything was perfect.
The sky’s hue slowly darkened as the sun set. The ball of flame finally went to bed, resting for the next morning, when it would rise cheerfully again, waking billions of people.
When i look at the night sky full of blazing stars, i feel i’m standing in the middle of the universe alone wondering if there are any other alien creature thinking the same thing as me…
The sky smothered the earth with a spotless blanket. Blistering heat made its way through the covering and oiled the earth as if it was ready to fry an egg.
