In this post, I am going to show you how to install Mobile Portal on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install Mobile Portal using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Mobile Portal" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Announcement Module;

- You can add a slider or video to your announcement.
- You can add PDF documents to your announcement.
- You can find out which employees have read and which ones are not read.

GPS Check-in / Check-out Module;
- It makes it easier for your personnel working in the field or in shifts to follow the entrance / exit times to the relevant location.
- It is possible to check-in to the locations defined in the management panel, but also to the locations that are not yet defined, but which are provided by the field personnel, with the help of the Foursquare API.
- Locations with a diameter of 1 km from the location of the personnel are displayed.

Timesheet Module;
- Allows you to measure how efficiently your staff uses their time.
- You can measure how much the staff is working for the project or how much time you spend on which project.

Anonymous Complaint Module;
- Allows you to get anonymous feedback from your staff in the types you can set from your management panel.
- No information is available to access user information. Only the »Message«.
- Really user information is not kept! :)

Disaster Module;
- A natural disaster or fire that may occur in your location. is a notification that you can send to all your staff, to a specific group or to your selected staff.
