The Parish of Redondo through its President (José Carlos Cidade) is pleased to announce the launch of the "Redondo Mobile" App. The App offers a range of possibilities for interaction between Citizens and Parishes and vice versa and thus contribute to bring the strategies of governance to the opportunities of the population. Using this solution the citizens of the Parish of Redondo now have access to the pulsing of the local activity in real time through their mobile phones!
 
Take advantage of the smartphone that is in your hand and when installing the "Redondo Mobile" App acquire a closer proximity of communication, registration of requests / occurrences and perception of events / global opinion conveyed in the Parish.
 
 
The mobile solution built and delivered to Freguesia do Redondo was based on the following distinct and autonomous modules:
 
NEWS (ACTIVE)
Engine that publishes the news and news of the Community in real time keeping the Citizens always informed.
 
AGENDA (ACTIVE)
Motor that publishes the agenda of events related to the Community and which registers the interest rates of each of its Citizens.
 
ATTENTION (ACTIVE)
Engine that registers orders, situations to correct and recommendations, giving feedback of the real time registry to the Citizen.
 
GUICHÉ (ACTIVE)
Engine that provides the registration of service requests (multiple forms) and various markings, informing the Citizen of the status of service / resolution.
 
CONTACTS (ACTIVE)
Motor that enables Citizens to view and access useful contacts from multiple entities related to the Community (Photo, telephone, link, email, address, GPS, etc).
 
POINTS OF INTEREST (ASSETS)
Motor that allows geolocalized definition and map the route of access to points of interest (tourist, trade or other useful) that are worth to be visited by the Citizens.
 
INFOEDITAL (ACTIVE)
Motor that allows the visualization of the usual documents published in the showcase of the Parish (Editais, Minutes, Communications, etc.)
 
STATUS
Engine that creates and publish dashboards and real-time statistics on the status of occurrence records reported by the Citizen.
 
EXECUTIVE (ACTIVE)
Motor that allows Citizens to view and access the Executive Board's contacts (Logo, Photo, telephone, link, e-mail, address, GPS, etc).
 
ASSEMBLY (ACTIVE)
Motor that enables Citizens to view the elected members that make up the Assembly Table and the Partisan Boards of the Parish Council.
 
CONFIGURE (ACTIVE)
Engine that makes it possible to define usage profiles, configuration of screens and rules of data synchronization.
 
PARTICIPATE (NOT ACTIVE)
Real-time polling engine that allows you to ask questions and get answers from Citizens (Diagnostics, Market Studies, Polls, etc.).
 
QUIZZES / GAMES (NOT ACTIVE)
Quiz engine that connects the Citizen to the roots of the Community, publishes rankings and arouses interest in the topics.
