Hours module:
Book hours from the construction site via an app at the touch of a button. Via GPS, only the projects within a radius of a few kilometers are shown, so that the hours are directly on the correct project. The hours are booked on the project and therefore added up for the work in progress. The weekly schedule is automatically generated during the week. The data is available almost immediately on the administration. This helps to communicate in a timely manner and to make any corrections. For example, the app provides a correct weekly statement for the technician and better insight for the company management. Smart checks and notifications are built into the app to ensure that timesheets are submitted on time and that the administration also does its job with a smile. The great convenience for the mechanic promotes use. In this way we simply go digital and we have fewer worries.

Order module:
A project requires many materials. The moment of ordering is partly determined by the planning. Not all items can be stored in the container on the construction site. Ordering and calling is streamlined via this module. Materials can be requested in an unambiguous manner via the Order Lists. That saves last minute phone calls, individual messages and all kinds of trips to the warehouse or wholesaler. The Order Lists contain the top 10/25/50 materials that are often ordered per organization so that the right material is ordered, at the right time and delivered via its own warehouse or wholesaler. There is a link with 2BA to retrieve product data.

Reports module:
During the design, construction and inspection of installations, you have to deal with many requirements and standards. In order to do your job properly, you want to know exactly what requirements are set for the installations. This involves a lot of research. Legislation, various standards and quality standards as well as insurers ensure that it is necessary to carry out the correct checks when delivering your installations. Within BORIS, you can record Gas Installations Test Report, Water Installations Test Report and Adjustment of Mechanical Ventilation Installations. BORIS ensures that you do the registrations in a simple, fast and correct manner.

Photo module:
The photo module contributes to the burden of proof for the execution of work, helps with documentation and transfer and is the basis for complying with the quality assurance law. For both new construction and renovation, a photo is added directly to the file with a single push of a button. The photo is saved in a structured way. The following tags are given: project number, house/building number, the category and a comment. The photos are immediately available to the office via the BORIS Backoffice portal. In this way, transfer to the client can be ensured. It is also possible to make adjustments earlier when following the work, because the burden of proof is immediately and up-to-date via photos. This also minimizes the delivery points.
