‘Invoiz' is a universal, cloud-based, paperless initiative that eliminates the need for paper receipts and replaces them with Smart Digital Receipts.

Digital receipts sent by Invoiz partners are securely archived in your ‘Invoiz’ personal account on the cloud and can be viewed instantly and in real-time on the feature rich ‘Invoiz’ App. You can also digitize your paper receipts by manually capturing an image of the receipt and filling in its basic information.

Receipts

Digital receipts stored in your account on the secured ‘Invoiz’ cloud server can be viewed in real time through this feature. The built-in filter allows you to trace your digital receipts by category and date. Digital receipts can be shared with family & friends and can also be saved in customized folders in the Organiser & Safe feature.

Geo-Merchants

Built in geo-location allows you to view Invoiz partners and their digital receipts as per location (Country and State). Additional information like amount, date and currency can be manually added to the generated PDF receipts so that the same is reflected in the expense tracker. Your current location is automatically set as your default location however you can manually change it if required.

Organiser

This feature allows you to organise your digital receipts in customized folders. Folder name, color and icon can be customized for a personal touch. Shared digital receipts are automatically stored in the shared folder.

Safe

This feature allows storage of your digital receipts in customized locked folders. A four-digit user assigned pin is required to unlock it. The folder customization option allows you to add a unique folder name, color and icon for a personalised experience.

Offers & Discounts

Offers & discounts promoted by Invoiz partners can be viewed and redeemed through this feature. The built-in filter allows you to search & view them based on the discounts available, category and offer validity. This feature is location specific.

Green Points

One green point is earned for every two digital receipts. A green point is represented by a green leaf on the tree. On reaching 500 green points, you are eligible to redeem a discount coupon. This feature is location specific.

Expense Tracker

This feature allows you to track and display your expenses in real time and in the currency of your choice. Every digital receipt is automatically added to the expense tracker, however shared digital receipts are not. The built-in filter can display your expenses by date.
