In this post, I am going to show you how to install e-BABINSA on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...
Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Install e-BABINSA using BlueStacks
- Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
- Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
- Once installed, click "e-BABINSA" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

e-BABINSA dikemas dalam aplikasi Mobile yang dapat didownload melalui Play Store dan nanti kedepannya bisa didownload di App store dengan cara mendaftarkan terlebih dahulu data diri, berupa nama, kategori user (sebagai maysrakat), alamat tinggal serta nomor telepon yang bisa dihubungi.
Selanjutnya, fitur-fitur yang terdapat dalam e-BABINSA terdiri dari berita dan agenda yang berisi informasi serta aktivitas kegiatan Kodim 0201/BS diantaranya :
*Pertama, fitur Pengaduan.* Dengan fitur ini masyarakat dapat melaporkan gangguan kamtibmas/hankam, ketahanan pangan (pertanian), pengawasan orang asing, bela negara, karya bhakti/gotong royong, bencana alam dan hal lainnya kepada e-BABINSA untuk segera ditindak lanjuti.
*Kedua, fitur Fasilitas Umum.
Fitur ini berisi layanan informasi fasilitas umum yang ada di wilayah Kodim 0201/BS, seperti Rumah Sakit, SPBU, Sekolah, Hotel, Bank, tempat wisata dan kantor-kantor pemerintahan lainnya.
*Ketiga, fitur Babinsa.* Pada fitur Babinsa berisi data personel Babinsa yang bertugas sesuai wilayah binaannya berikut nomer HP yang bisa dihubungi sehingga masyarakat bisa mengetahui dan mengenal Babinsa di wilayahnya masing-masing.
*Keempat, fitur Respond.* Pengaduan yang telah dilaporkan masyarakat dapat dicek melalui fitur ini, apakah sudah ditindaklanjuti oleh Babinsa terdekat atau belum. Apabila Babinsa belum menanggapi dan menyelesaikan laporan tersebut maka fitur respond akan terus memberikan tanda.
*Kelima, fitur Siskamling.* Fitur ini menampilkan data Pos Kamling yang ada di kelurahan beserta jadwal siskamling dan jadwal karya bhakti (gotong royong).
*Keenam, fitur Call Center.* Dalam keadaan darurat, pengguna e-BABINSA dapat melakukan panggilan ke Call Center (Piket Kodim 0201/BS) sehingga laporan (permasalahan) pengguna e-BABINSA dapat segera ditindaklanjuti dan diselesaikan.
*Ketujuh, fitur Galery.* Difitur ini pengguna e-BABINSA pada masyarakat dapat melihat foto dan video kegiatan Babinsa bersama masyarakat.
Dalam e-BABINSA ini khusus pengguna Dandim terdapat info eksternal dimana Dandim dapat menyampaikan informasi dan himbauan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyakat pengguna e-BABINSA ini dapat melihatnya dalam bentuk *running teks*.
Terdapat juga info internal yang bisa di gunakan untuk memberikan informasi kepada Babinsa di Kodim 0201/BS. e-BABINSA ini akan terintegrasi ke semua Koramil jajaran Kodim 0201/BS.
