Ustadz Abdul Somad, Lc., MA (born in Pekanbaru, May 18, 1977; age 40) is an Ulama from Pekanbaru, Riau who often reviews various religious issues, especially the study of Hadith and Fiqh sciences. In addition, he also talked a lot about nationalism and various current issues that are being discussed in the community. His name was known to the public because of his knowledge and innocence in giving explanations in delivering da'wah. Ustadz Abdul Somad currently serves as a lecturer at the Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University (UIN Suska) Riau. Ustadz Abdul Somad took the last formal education at this time up to the Masters level in the field of Hadith Science.
