In this post, I am going to show you how to install Hela Nutrition on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Before you start, you will need to download the APK/XAPK installer file, you can find download button on top of this page. Save it to easy-to-find location.

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Hela Nutrition using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen
  3. Once installed, click "Hela Nutrition" icon on the home screen to start using, it'll work like a charm :D

Healthy foods with balanced nutrition for a better life is the latest trend in food consumption. Moving away from fast food culture and narrowing down to healthy traditional Sri Lankan dishes has been supported by traditional food parlor Hela Bojun operated by the Department of Agriculture Sri Lanka. In order to aware people towards calorie based healthy food intake and to design their food plate with Sri Lankan meals “Hela Nutrition” app is developed.
Customers who wish to consume a local diet can now easily chose what to purchase according to the calorie value of food items at “Hela Bojun” outlets through “Hela Nutrition” app. People can also see the nutrition profile of food items according to the serving size sold at Hela bojun giving insight of the food they consume. Popularizing more consumption of local food items also concerning on the nutritional aspects will inculcate healthy eating practices among the population.
Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition Project implemented by Ministry of Mahaweli development and Environment executed by Department of Agriculture developed “Hela Nutrition” app to move Sri Lankan population towards local food consumption and to gain a balanced healthy lifestyle.
