The most basic ballet technique is the standing technique. Eits don't get me wrong, this standing technique is important, you know. Well, all the ballet technique moves from the easy to the hard start with the standing technique. If you have mastered this basic technique, surely other techniques will not be difficult for you to practice.

How do you do this technique? First, the shoulders and waist must be straight in one line. Even a chest that is well-built will always have to do. This is to maintain the posture of a ballerina so that it always looks beautiful and graceful. Finally, the weight is also balanced through the leg horses which form a little triangle. Stand right and dance smoothly!

In ballet, there are lots of twisting movements. For this one technique, joints are the most vital parts of the body. The ankle should be flexible and strong. Try to keep your knees in line with your legs and feet, both when spinning and when you are still.

As a beginner, you must know how strong your leg muscles are in spinning. You can practice this by turning the ankles, feet and legs to the right or left when you step on the floor. You can feel which muscles are moving and how far the range of rotation you can do. Train these muscles regularly so that your grin movements are better, yes!

Tiptoeing, spinning, and jumping are common movements in ballet. In order not to fall easily, the basic technique of balance must be mastered smoothly. Through balanced gestures, your body will not easily shake which has the potential to make wrong moves.

Well, for this technique, there is a special term called épaulement (read ay-pohl-MAHN). The term originating from French means 'shouldering' or shoulder movements. The épaulement technique does specialize the balance pattern through adjusting the position of the shoulder, head and neck. This technique can be trained by practicing the position of crois, ouvert and effacé.

Well, all these basic techniques are then combined with good coordination techniques. The body part when it starts to stand, rotate, to maintain the balance must be harmoniously intertwined so that you can do ballet movements with the right technique. Coordination between body parts is also important in order to avoid the risk of injury.
