The All-Russian Popular Front mobile app “People's Control” is a new technological platform for promptly collecting information about the quality of execution of the “May Super-Order” of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018. “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 ": how Russians assess the course of its execution and, most importantly, how the implementation of the decree affects the quality of life of ordinary people.
Information is collected through citizen surveys, monitoring, raids, actions, and requests for expert opinions on 12 thematic sites of the ONF , created in accordance with the strategic directions of the "May Decree":
- demographics
- health care
- education
- housing and urban environment
- ecology
- safe and high-quality roads
- labor productivity and employment support
- the science
- digital economy
- culture
- small and medium enterprises, support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives
- international cooperation and export.
All materials, the results of surveys, monitoring, raids and other activities of the ONF will form the basis of the Public Reports on the execution of the "May Decree" . They will present proposals for introducing changes to national projects (programs), which will be submitted to the working group of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
Any citizen of the country can take part in public control over the implementation of the “May decree” and thus contribute to improving the quality of their lives and the lives of their loved ones, become " People’s Controller ”- activist or expert ONF.
