- Bug fixes
- Workaround for an issue that was making it impossible to run our app from SD cards on some versions of Android
- Dropped support for our experimental "New OCR" on 32-bit devices due to some nearly-insurmountable compatibility issues (relating to other changes we had to make to meet Google's new 64-bit requirement); if this feature was essential to you, contact support and we can set you up with an old version in which it still works

More bug fixes.
This will probably be the last release of Pleco to support Android 4.0; Google have dropped support for it in the latest versions of the Android NDK and of Play Services and so it's increasingly difficult for us to keep supporting it in our app. However, you should still be able to download the last compatible version of Pleco on Android 4.0 indefinitely.
