3Gäxel is a flexible and practical gear solution for both small and large companies. A simple tool for handling more calls and simplifying communication both internally and externally. In addition, you can all work mobile, wherever you are. Nice right?

In 3Växel's contact list, you can search and find all colleagues in the company and see if they are available for calls. From here you can also make, connect calls, chat, text or send emails.

When you can not receive calls, you can set up an activity (referral), such as "Lunch" or "Meeting" and have your calls diverted. Those who call will then hear when you become free again. In the app, you see all incoming voice messages in a list and can listen to them by one click.

You can log in to different response groups (ACD groups) to answer calls with others in your team. In the app, you can clearly see if you are logged in or out and how many calls are waiting in line.

In the app, you can change the number to be displayed when you call and can also invite to a conference call.

Operators can receive calls to the company's operator number, connect calls and work completely mobile in the 3Växel app. You can even record an ongoing call.
