All you need is an emulator that will emulate an Android device on your Windows PC and then you can install applications and use it - you see you're playing it on Android, but this runs not on a smartphone or tablet, it runs on a PC.

Step By Step Guide To Play Pešiaci using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. The struggle for survival on Bratislava streets can be experienced on your own skin through the stories of its direct participants: Dusan, who walks to work, Ingrid, who has chosen her daughter with a nearby park and an unfortunate Julie who wants to go to the theater. But they will have to avoid many obstacles and pitfalls on their way. Only with your help can they do it! Or is not it?

The game "Pawns" attempts to highlight the long-standing problem of the quality of public spaces in Bratislava. In a fun way, it shows how the most natural way of transportation, walking, turned into frustrating and dangerous activity. Bratislava does not have any plans as to have Bratislava's streets and sidewalks look and solve the problems inconspicuously and in part. Pedestrian traffic is in the top priority of the city, which is the direct consequence of the fact that the most vulnerable groups of the population are either limited or totally excluded from full-fledged city life. for the wheelchair not reachable through the curb. Along the neglected greenery, the cars are parked wildly, and the children playing in the street have heard only the story of the old parents.
Systematic solutions exist, unfortunately, often on paper only. However, the basic prerequisite for their introduction into practice is to make our pedestrians aware of what we are all coming to and start fighting for their living space.
