In this post, I am going to show you how to install Mosquito Zero on Windows PC by using Android App Player such as BlueStacks, LDPlayer, Nox, KOPlayer, ...

Below you will find a detailed step-by-step guide, but I want to give you a fast overview of how it works. Step By Step Guide To Install Mosquito Zero using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.
  2. Open the APK/XAPK file: Double-click the APK/XAPK file to launch BlueStacks and install the application. If your APK/XAPK file doesn't automatically open BlueStacks, right-click on it and select Open with... Browse to the BlueStacks. You can also drag-and-drop the APK/XAPK file onto the BlueStacks home screen

Mosquito Zero is a Social Participation Project, Technology and Monitoring of Aedes aegypti foci and suspected cases of major arboviruses such as dengue, chikungunya, zika virus and yellow fever.


General objective

Provide the municipalities of Brazil's technological tools to quickly and easily access, to promote interaction between the population and the government, enabling social control and health surveillance, serving as the basis for adoption of preventive measures and mosquito control Aedes aegypti .


Specific objectives

• contributing to reduction of foci of Aedes aegypti, infestation rate and related diseases;

• Causing the effective action of public agencies towards the achievement and improvement of contingency strategies of Aedes aegypti;

• Strengthen the involvement of society in order to contribute to the promotion of information, knowledge and action;

• To act in partnership with public and private institutions in the generation of evidence for decision making, optimization and better allocation of public resources.


Methodology

Through the portal and application, the population is able to inform the focus and local presence of the mosquito; registering suspected cases of dengue, chikungunya, zika virus and yellow fever; identify the sanitation conditions of residence, and refer to health facilities and community pharmacies closest to your location.

The technology is available on the Android platform and accessible in three languages ​​(Portuguese, English and Spanish). The information recorded by the population are submitted online for a Monitoring Center, screened by qualified professionals and forwarded to general ombudsman of the municipality, which is responsible for triggering the competent bodies for the necessary resolutions.

Citizens can follow the progress of your request through the zero mosquitoes portal or notifications that are automatically updated in your application.
