You can view important documents, contact the Association, notify us of problems, upload photos, stay up to date on community news and events, and receive notifications of events, happenings and important alerts.

Sierra Highlands is a single family home community located in a highly desirable area of Pacific Highlands Ranch area of Carmel Valley. Sierra Highlands is part of the West Highlands Pacific Homeowners Association, which governs the recreation center located on Blazing Star Lane.

In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is assisted by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of elected and appointed homeowner volunteers, assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company.

The Board of Directors has partnered with The Avalon Management Group to provide this app for you and hopes that you find it helpful and easy to use.
