Dog owners can view the bio and watch a full profile video for each dog walker, before making their decision. Once the dog owner has chosen their dog walker of choice, they can request a dog walking service immediately, and track the selected dog walker approaching the pickup location set on the app.

What makes UDog a cut above the competition? UDog is the only dog walking app that allows dog owners to choose a different pickup and drop off location, within 2.5 miles. Each and every one of our dog walkers are handpicked by our company experts. We make sure each dog walker is insured, gets the proper hands on training, and are also screened, to ensure our services are as safe as can be. At UDog, we conduct continuous random walks to make the sure the quality of our services continues to meet our high standards.

Before the Dog Walk:
Dog owners can click through the profiles of any active dog walker within 2.5 miles of them. Dog owners will then set a pickup and drop off location and select the most convenient dog walking service for them. Dog owners can also request to leave special instructions for the dog walker, such as leaving an access key to their residence, or suggesting a route for the dog walker to walk their dog on. After the walker receives and accepts the request, dog owners can track their dog walker through our real-time GPS tracking service to know more precisely when they will arrive.

During the Dog Walk:
Dog owners can follow their beloved dog through our GPS navigation system, which includes the latest technology. They can also call the dog walker, ask for pictures of their dog throughout the walk, and send messages along the route.

After the Dog Walk:
Dog owners will be able to access a full report on their dog’s walk, once the dog walker has completed their route. This will include any information on whether the dog peed, pooped, or did anything else particularly noteworthy that requires attention.
