Step By Step Guide To Install Congreso e-Learning using BlueStacks

  1. Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

This Congress of e-Learning (distance education) is the first and only one of its kind completely virtual and worldwide, because it is free, open and collaborative.


This mega event-project is divided into two stages

1- Temporary: an intensive event of 15 days in the year that usually takes place from the first or second week of October. The first precedent was the I Virtual World Congress of e-Learning, which took place between October 1 and 12, 2012.

2- Timeless: courses and seminars are continually being offered, as well as lectures and conferences. Additionally, since October 2012, several collaborative projects are being carried out, including academic research, courses-workshops-seminars, and development of educational materials and educational video games.



The two stages of this eleaning Congress, are intended to:

Teachers and representatives of academic institutions (universities, institutes, etc.) who wish to publicize their work, as well as interact with other colleagues.

Teachers of all educational levels who wish to improve and train themselves on the latest trends in e-Learning.
