  Since these two pillars are of great importance, it is important to explain their rulings in a way that is in line with all segments of society through a question and answer from the fatwas of our contemporary scholars who are rich in the important issues that every Muslim needs in an easy way that suits many segments of society. The mobile phone in the pocket of every Muslim is small and large male and female, scientist and non-scientist, educated and uneducated ...

The number of mobile users exceeded 70% of the world's population.

Mobile TV, Internet and radio are both in terms of content review where mobility is easy and flexible at the time of review and privacy.

In addition, mobile phone services in health, education, e-commerce and entertainment have entered the mobile market. The mobile applications in the Apple Store alone exceeded three hundred and fifty thousand applications, the Android Store is one hundred and fifty thousand, and the number of downloads on the Apple store exceeded 10 billion downloads.

    It was important to collect the fatwas of fasting and zakat and apply them to mobile phones to benefit them at no cost, thus achieving the dissemination of science in a great way easy to access.

As for my work in this collection, I said:

1 to place key headings in agreement with the substance of the matter, other than an obligation as it was in its sources.

2 - The arrangement of fatwas in separate doors. It is easy to refer to them when necessary.

3 Repetition of one question in several sections; for the presence of the occasion.

4 attributed each fatwa to its source and documented with the number of the folder and page mostly.

5 I convey the question and the answer as it is and rarely do in short.

6 I will finish the verses and put them between brackets

7 I will bring the conversation out and put it in brackets

 

The number of fatwas collected in this application reached more than two thousand fatwa according to the need for repetition.

 

I ask God Almighty to make this work pure to his holy face and to benefit us by a day that does not benefit money or children. And to forgive us and all our parents and Muslims and forgive and agree who was the cause of the publication and dissemination of this application.
