The best way to get started is with the free exercises: all series Simple and natural ; all the introductory videos of the series and the first exercise of the Present Mind , Concentration , Calm and Clarity , attention and distractions , emotional intelligence , self-awareness and resilience .

That way you can know and experiment before signing up. Once you have tried and liked it, you can subscribe and access the full program.

In the Simple and Natural series we offer shorter 4 and 6 minute exercises suitable for beginners.

The Series and Classics exercises are structured to be done in the sequence presented. Like all training, we start with the most basic exercises and then move on to the more elaborate ones. It is a process, a step by step construction.

The Series offers 10- and 15-minute workouts and the Classics offer slightly longer, 15- and 20-minute workouts. These exercises can be repeated as many times as you want. We recommend that, at least in the first round, you follow the sequence presented. This orientation is for both the Series and Classics.

Specials can be made in any sequence according to your preference and need.
