Download and Install BlueStacks at: https://www.bluestacks.com. The installation procedure is quite simple. After successful installation, open the Bluestacks emulator. It may take some time to load the Bluestacks app initially. Once it is opened, you should be able to see the Home screen of Bluestacks.

Avoiding karoshi is everyone's task.
In Japan, the situation is much more common than in our country. So much so that there is a term to refer to death from overwork: karoshi.

The cases recognized by this phenomenon, recognized by the Japanese Ministry of Health since 1987, have been increasing over the years. Of some hundreds of cases in the nineties, in 2015 there were 2,310 deaths associated with overwork. If it is determined that a worker died by Karoshi, his family receives compensation of up to US $ 1.6 million from the company and US $ 20,000 from the State. To determine that this is the cause of death, the worker must have worked more than 100 extra hours the month before the event or 80 hours in two of the last six months.

Certainly, these are very extreme cases due to possible bad practices or labor policies.

How to avoid problems because of Karoshi?
Can People Management avoid these problems? Clearly yes.
