The present Law shall apply to the relations connected with acquisition of the goods, works, services necessary for the functioning of the customer, as well as the performance of state functions or charter activities, including:

      1) services rendered to physical persons by employment contracts;

      2) services rendered under contracts of rendering of paid services from natural persons who are not subjects of entrepreneurial activity;

      3) services rendered in connection with the business trip expenses;

      4) goods, works, services purchased within the framework of the state order and its execution in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

      5) introduction of contributions, including introduction of the authorized capital of legal entities;

      National managing companies, national companies and legal entities affiliated therewith, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its departments, organizations included in the structure of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and fifty and more of the voting shares (shares in the charter capital) the goods, works, and services purchased by the legal entities owned by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by its affiliated legal entities required services;

      7) goods (works), works and services of military and dual purpose (used), included in the state defense order;

      8) the goods, works and services to be purchased when performing operations specified in subparagraph 11) of paragraph 2 of Article 5-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
