Ungu is an Indonesian music group consisting of Makki (bass), Enda (guitar), Oncy (guitar), and Rowman (drums).
Until 2015 they have produced 7 studio albums, 5 religious albums, and a compilation album.
In February 2016, Pasha became Deputy Mayor of Palu, Central Sulawesi.
This Purple career journey began in 1995 when they were gathering in a small shop on the outskirts of Tebet, East Jakarta. At that time, Makki Parikesit (Makki-Bass), along with his band mates, Eki (guitar), Gatot (keyboard), Michael (vocals), and Muhammad Nur Rochman (Rowman-drum) they coined the name "Ungu" as their band name. .

In 1997, Rowman (Drum) decided to get out of Purple to be more serious with his metal band "GARUX". Rowman's place as drummer was finally replaced by Icad. In 1998 the Purple Vocalist at that time, Michael, finally decided to get out of Purple because of other busy activities. His position was replaced by Sigit Purnomo (Pasha-Vokal). They met with Anang Hermansyah and introduced Ungu with a music producer Handi Santoso who at that time was still Managing Director of PT. Warner Music Indonesia.
NOAH / PETERPAN
NOAH (formerly named Peterpan), is an alternative Pop / Rock music group from Bandung, Indonesia. This music group is known as the largest or most famous music group in Indonesia, even at least in the world. This music group was formed in 2000 and is famous for its song "Dream of the Perfect". This music group is also famous for its simple and poetic lyrics, music that is easily remembered by Ariel's distinctive vocal sound. Now this music group only consists of: Ariel, Uki, Lukman, and David. In November 2006, Andika and Indra left the music group, being replaced by David and Lucky as an additional player. In the middle of 2008 David was appointed as permanent personnel following the entry of Ihsan Norrachman to replace Lucky as an additional player, in 2013 Ihsan who also took part in making the album as it should come out, his position was replaced by Boy Tondo.
