This simulator for multihull has been specially developed for the training of port maneuvers with a catamaran. It was designed to satisfy many requests since the multihull maneuvers in port are quite different from those of a monohull. This training application describes the principle of the maneuvers that are often performed on catamarans. Each maneuver is explained in detail, and can be executed step by step in an animation. Cata on the simulator is controlled: the position of the gas, the bar, the direction and strength of the wind gusts, the ropes, the anchor. It also contains commentary and a graphical representation of forces during the maneuver. One can also perform maneuvers stored using an autopilot, or recording his own maneuvers.

The driving simulator is very realistic, you can maneuver yourself the cat under different conditions in order to understand its behavior. The inversion of the two motors can be perfectly simulated. Are included in the training phase, the running resistance, lateral resistance, the resultant thrust, drift, inertia and many other parameters. The simulator is continuously improved and new features are available in the updates that are made automatically. Each maneuver multihull takes place in a suitable area, and also has the necessary explanations in the form of bubbles.
